About DKM Premier

For our founder, caring for others has never simply been a job, it has always been a part of who she is. At 43 years old, she has spent nearly half of her life working as a Certified Nursing Assistant. However, her desire to care for others began long before she entered the healthcare profession. Growing up in Jamaica, she learned the meaning of service within her own family. She helped care for relatives, friends, and especially her beloved grandmother, who lived to be 100 years old. Helping with personal needs, errands, daily responsibilities, companionship, and other tasks taught her an important lesson: true care is personal.

After moving to the United States, she continued her education and professional development in healthcare, building a career centered around supporting others. Over the years, her work expanded beyond traditional caregiving. Families came to trust her with transportation, appointments, errands, companionship, household assistance, and many of the details that make everyday life easier. That experience eventually inspired the vision for DKM Premier LLC.

What began as an idea became a dream, and that dream grew into a purpose; to create a service company that brings compassionate care, professionalism, reliability, and personalized assistance together under one roof.

Today, DKM Premier LLC represents that vision.
